My favorite Korean snack ddeokboggi. I made this last dinner time to have this with you. Ddeok and yeomuk are greatly harmonized. But it was too spicy for me. By one bite, I sweat a lot and felt my tongue was burning. Have you tried ddeokboggi? How was it?

Do you know donggass? Korean style of pork cutlet is just like this. I bought a pack of pork for donggass. Fried it in olive oil for 5 mins. Then this yummy comes out like this. Smell good and taste so good. How do you enjoy pork cutlet in your town? Somewhat different? Tell me your style.

Korean style of hot and spicy noodles. I had this in my dinner time yesterday. I bought a Shin ramyeon pack and cooked by its standard steps. And I put some green oinion together. How do you enjoy noodles in your town? Same style or different?

Korean style of skewered pan cake. Let's see what was skewered here. My mom prepared ham, green onion, crab meat, burdock and I skewered it one by one. Then coat it by flour and dip it in the egg. After 1 minute of baking on the frying pan, it bacome just like this photo. I guess most of Korean cook this food as a traditional pancake for Seollal and chuseok. Its ingredients are a bit different. Some house use cucumber, carrot, beef, mushroom or deodeok. Do you have similar food in your country? If so, how is it look like? Any different?
