Kimchi-jjim
What about this menu for you today? I stopped by a Korean restaurant for dinner yesterday and ordered this. It's sour smell makes me so watering ^---^. And looks so good. Kimchi-jjim is braised kimchi with veggies. Specially, it is Mukeunji kimchi, long time fermented one in a jar. Can you guess the taste of this? Have you tasted this?
